AIM Rule 26 Compliance

Web Development 2 Comments

The AIM Rule 26 was introduced in August 2007 and applies to all companies whose shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). The AIM Rule 26 requires these companies to have a corporate website where specified governance and financial information is available. The AIM Rule 26 website must be in place and fully functional from the date of flotation.

Susumu has notable experience in developing and even managing AIM Rule 26 compliant websites. Many of our clients opt for a secure content management system, which means they can update the information themselves with even basic computer knowledge. Clients can gain access to update information from anywhere with an Internet connection by going to a specified address and simply entering their secure username and password.

AIM Rule 26 compliant websites include:

Contact details page
Contact form
Company Overview
Share Information
The company’s key information
Board and committee information page
Constitutional documents
Shareholder communication
Share information
Key financial information
News and Announcements
Advisers and Analyst details

RSS feeds so shareholders can easily be alerted when updates are made.
Professional emails can be set up, i.e. you@yourdomain.com.
